Create a page on your site titled Banned and Access Denied and hide the pages from your sites navigation menu.

Or, with the paid version of the IP Approval system you can also redirect them to a different site such as google.com

To manage the list of pages the IP Approval Code will work on, click the 'Manage Pages' navigation link found on the IP Editor Page.

To restrict access to specific pages you would want to click the 'Manage Pages' navigation link, then check the checkboxes for the individual page.

OR: To restrict access to your entire website, click the 'Manage Pages' navigation link, then check the checkbox for 'Check all Pages' which will select all the pages in the list.
